Working with stakeholders like the IFC, UNDP, AfDB and other local and international agencies, private sector, NGOs and governments to deliver innovative technical solutions, training and capacity development services, business and HR advisory services; as well as management of project teams and grants within micro, small, medium and large enterprises in private and public sectors. She is proficient in: conducting of gap analysis, training needs analysis, developing training curriculum, facilitating trainings, adept in building and management of strategic partnerships and linkages, coordination of stakeholders, market research, facilitating value addition across value chains, and skilled in planning, development and management of projects and programs. She is a trained business planning and financial modelling coach for microfinance banks, (using Microfin – a software), also well versed in Microfinance product development and trainings. She also specialises in all soft skills trainings such as communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, team building and motivation, as well as leadership and HR trainings.
She possesses a first degree in Accounting with a second class upper, an MBA, a Microenterprise Development Certificate as well as demonstrated skills in project conceptualization and development, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, project analysis, preparation of program activity and other reports.
